For us, being a manufacturer’s rep is more than just “selling a product”. Our relationship with our clients is extremely important to us. We truly believe that a quality experience ensures repeat business. Our background in theater has also taught us that when it’s showtime, your gear simply MUST work.
We thoroughly research all our new product lines to ensure that our clients are getting the highest quality and most reliable equipment. Most of our current product lines are manufactured in the United States. This means that there are no long lead times for our equipment and we can vouch for the quality of every component. It also means our product pricing is less dependent on fluctuating tariffs.
We never want our clients to feel mystified by the lighting purchase process. We strive to educate our clients on all facets of their lighting system, so they can understand how each of the elements work together. We always help our clients find the right product for their job, even if that means we sometimes have to direct them to another manufacturer that is NOT on our line card.
Our representatives attend regular industry training, so we are up to date on all the features our product lines offer. Lighting systems are rarely comprised of a single manufacturer’s products, so we also strive to be knowledgeable about competitors’ products so we can understand how the different products work together and help troubleshoot if issues arise.
Lighting is a very visual industry, and we are happy to bring demo equipment to our clients so they can test the equipment out in their own space.
